How do I restrict a user from exporting?

Admin users may limit or restrict a user's ability to export data from their database. View the access levels below and follow the steps to setup and manage these restrictions for Finance and fellow Admin users. 

Access Levels for Exports:

To Edit a Team Member's Exporting Capabilities:

1. Add them to the team or Edit their Role if already a Team Member existing
   
2. From the Edit Team Member slideout, scroll down to the CAPABILITIES settings to edit the Exports dropdown
3. From the dropdown, select between None, View, and Full. See above options to choose the Team Member's view.

Note: Numero support is not authorized to edit a Team Member's exporting capabilities.
