How are my services billed?

Monthly Subscription Billing: 

Subscription invoices are generated on the 1st of each month, payable in advance for services covering that calendar month.

Invoices are paid via auto-pay, using the default payment method on file (credit card or bank account).

Invoices are automatically emailed to your billing contact on file and can also be viewed or downloaded at any time from your Customer Billing Portal. You can update your default payment method in your Customer Billing Portal, before the 1st of the following month.

Broadcast Email Plans: 

Broadcast email plans are available as a subscription add-on. Each plan includes an allotted number of email sends per calendar month. Plan allowances reset on the 1st of the month with no rollovers or refunds.

Email add-ons are added to the monthly subscription fee billed on the 1st of each month. To upgrade your plan or find out more about our broadcast email tool, please reach out to upgrades@numero.ai.


Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades:

There are three Numero CRM subscription tiers:

  • CRM Essentials
  • CRM Plus
  • CRM Pro

We also have Broadcast email plans starting at 50,000 monthly email sends. If you’d like to upgrade your CRM tier, or add-on a monthly email plan, please reach out to upgrades@numero.ai. Upgrades are effective once turned on, or the start of the following month (upon request). 

CRM upgrades are pro-rated based on the date the service is upgraded. For example, if you upgrade to CRM Plus on the 15th of a month, you’ll be charged for the Plus upgrade from the 15th - 30/31st of the month. Your next bill will include the upgraded monthly CRM Plus subscription price. 

Broadcast email add-ons are billed on a calendar month basis. If you upgrade to 50,000 emails on the 15th of the month, your upgrade fee will be the monthly 50,000 email package and you will get the full 50,000 emails to use before the end of the calendar month. You will then be billed on the 1st of the month for your CRM + email subscription. 

Email upgrades are not pro-rated, however you can request to start your email service on the 1st of the following month.

Downgrades (CRM or Broadcast Email) are effective the 1st of the following month. To downgrade your services, please contact support@numero.ai.


Text Message Usage Billing:

Broadcast text messaging can be added to a CRM Plus or Pro subscription. Text messaging services are billed on a pay-as-you-go usage basis.

Usage is billed weekly in arrears (i.e., for the previous week’s usage) at your contracted SMS / MMS rates. If the invoice date is within a week of the 1st of the month, your weekly invoice will fall on the 1st.

Automated messages are sent in response to opt-out messages. Each auto-response message will be billed at the SMS rate per your contract.
