How do I filter my contacts, interactions and contributions by Created Date?
Filtering your contacts, interactions, or contributions by created date can help you determine when new information entered your CRM.
1. From the Contacts, Interactions, Pledges, or Contributions tab in your CRM, select Add Filter.
2. Select Created Date 3. You will then be able to include contacts, interactions, or contributions that were created during any specified period of time by selecting the appropriate criteria within this filter. The available criteria to filter Created Date by are: Any time, previous day, previous week, previous month, previous quarter, previous year, previous cycle, current day, current week, current month, current quarter, current year, current cycle, less than X days ago, between X - Y days ago, more than X days ago, or you can create a custom date range. For example, you can filter for all contacts who were created between January 1, 2021, and November 1, 2021. Select Apply Filter to see the results.
