What can I bulk action through Contribution Forms?
You're able to bulk action the below information through your Contribution Forms tab.
To start, select the Contribution Forms tab on the left-hand side of your platform and whether you need to bulk action 2 or 10 forms, select the box on the left of the form name to begin the bulk action process. Select Actions and choose the bulk action you're looking to complete
So what are you able to bulk action?
- Source Code - Add/update the source code on all selected forms
- Member Code - Add/update the member code on all selected forms
- Manager - Will replace the current form manager and will make sure the replies to receipt emails, raiser invitation emails, and event follow-up emails on RSVP forms will go directly to this new person on all selected forms
- Template - Will replace the template background associated with all selected forms
- Custom Disclaimer - Add/update custom disclaimers on all selected forms. Please note this will replace any current custom disclaimers
- Raiser Invitation - Add/update the raiser invitation associated with all selected forms. Please note this will replace any current raiser invitations verbiage
- Pause Forms - In a period where you're unable to fundraise? Bulk pause all forms so that no contributions can be made until you bulk resume the forms at a later date. Be sure to include a message so your donors will see that this is a temporary pause. Please note this will also pause your recurring contributions and they will not start to accrue again until you resume the selected forms
- Resume Forms - Once the period where you're unable to fundraise is over, bulk resume forms so that your donors can access the contribution forms again
- Deactivate Forms - Once your campaign is over or if you need to make sure donors cannot access the form at all moving forward, you can bulk deactivate the selected forms. Please note deactivating forms will cancel recurring contributions associated with the forms - when you reactivate, the recurring contributions will not resume
- Reactivate Forms - Will enable the selected form to be active and donors will be able complete contributions again
