How to schedule follow-up calls

While you can't create a "scheduled call" in Numero (we're working on it- we promise, feel free to send your support of this feature to support@numero.ai), you can tag your interactions to make follow up easier. 

To do this, first setup a saved List that generates contacts based on specific results filters. For example, to create a follow-up list:

  • Step 1: Log a custom result, such as "Calltime Follow Up" - instructions

  • Step 2: Create a Contact filter for "Interacted between 7-14 days ago with Result: Calltime Follow Up" and "Has Not Contributed" (i.e. contacts who you spoke to 1-2 weeks ago but haven't contributed to the committee yet)

  • Step 4: When you're ready to complete follow-up, view the List and save as a Calltime List (instructions) and repeat the action of viewing the List and saving as a calltime list at a frequency of your choosing
