How do I filter my contacts by interaction?
If you want to filter through your contacts to see which has had or has not had a specific interaction, you would need to:
1. Go to the Contacts tab in your CRM and select Add Filter.
2. Select Interaction from the Filter list.
3. You will then be able to include any contacts who have interacted or have not interacted by selecting the criteria within this filter.
The interaction filter includes: Result, Date, Type, Team Member and Notes
For example, you can filter for contacts who have interacted with a result of Voicemail, more than 30 days ago. Or contacts who have not interacted with any result in the previous quarter.
4. Select Apply Filter to see the results.
