How do I create and send a text broadcast? ⏯️

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to send a text broadcast using the Numero Comms Center- Text service (add-on service for Numero CRMs).

  1. From your Comms Center Text Broadcasts tab, select the Add a New Text Broadcast button in the top right of the page
  2. Select your Sending Channel and Setup your Broadcast
  3. Select your Audience
  4. Add in Broadcast Details (Performance Reporting)
  5. Draft your Message Content and Send Proofs to Preview
  6. View the Summary of your Text Broadcast
  7. Finalize and Send your Broadcast
