How to Sort Columns in your Contacts, Interactions, Pledges, and Contributions Tabs
From Numero’s CRM, you can view your Contacts, Interactions, Pledges, and Contributions in each corresponding tab and sort the records by select columns/properties. You can do this when viewing all records at once or with filters applied. For example, you can sort all Pledges by Amount, by Commitment Level, or by the Created Date. You can also filter for Pledges committed within a certain date range, then sort by Amount.
CONTACTS TAB | INTERACTIONS TAB | PLEDGES TAB | CONTRIBUTIONS TAB |
Contact ID First Name Area Code Primary Street Address |
Date of Interaction |
Pledge ID Date of Pledge Amount First Name or Organization Name |
Contribution ID |
To sort table views using a column, identify the header of the column you wish to sort by. Click once for your results to appear in ascending order or click twice/again for your results to appear in descending order. This will let you sort any one of the properties below alphanumerically: from A-Z or Z-A or 0-9 numerically for address lines and area code contact details.
If you want to show or hide certain columns from your Contacts, Interactions, Pledges, or Contributions tabs, select the Column Chooser dropdown and click the columns you would like to view and your visible columns will change as you select or deselect certain columns.

Tidy up - Sort your contacts by First Name and show multiple columns. Are you seeing some duplicate records? Bulk select the names and bulk action a merge! Note: Be sure to choose the right record or the more complete one to merge the duplicate records with. Read more about merging.
Here’s an idea - Say you want to create a calltime list of folks you spoke to recently, but haven’t given and haven’t made a pledge. Perhaps your ask amount is too high for the donor to consider. Go to your Contacts Tab and apply a filter for has not pledged any amount in the last 30 days. Take a look at the Ask Amount column. Are your asks high relative to others? Sort these folks from highest to lowest ask by clicking the header twice. Then select and bulk edit your ask to a lower amount. Send it to a calltime list with a more accessible ask and try these folks again.
