How do I pull a report by broadcast?

You can generate custom reports by text or email broadcast activity from your Comms Center. There are two types of reports you can run:

  • Broadcast History
  • Broadcast Messages (learn more)

Export Broadcast History

Extracting Broadcast History

To pull broadcast history and details in a report, start from your preferred Broadcast tab. You can choose to download your full broadcast message history or narrow down your broadcasts for your report. To refine the export, filter the broadcast and select Add Filter.

Downloading the Broadcast History Report

Step 1: After setting the filters, select Export at the top right of the Broadcast tab.

Step 2: From the export email broadcasts drawer, provide a name for the export, describe it, and decide whether to export all data or specific data. You can schedule the export for later if desired, with options for daily, weekly, or monthly frequency. Once satisfied with the broadcast export details, click on Export

Step 3: The completed export or report is available in the Exports tab in the left-hand navigation under More.
